Amazingly increase the speed of Windows XP through Registry Editor

You can improve the speed of your Windows XP by following these simple steps;

1. Go to start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.

2. You will see the Registry Editor. Click on the plus sign with HKEY_CURRENT_USER or double-click it.

3. Now, click the /Control Panel/Desktop.

4. Double-click on MenuShowDelay value. Default value is 400. The unit of this value is milliseconds.
You can change this value by entering any whole number between 0 to 4000. By adjusting this value to 0, the menu display delay will be zero milliseconds. After changing the value, click OK.

5. Quit the Registry Editor by pressing Alt + F4 or by clicking Exit in the File menu in the menu bar.

6. Now restart your computer.
